Watercolors Home Run is a hardy shrub rose from Weeks Roses’ Home Run series. Its single, cupped blooms, about 7 cm across, come in clusters and shift colour as they age, opening soft yellow and moving through apricot to raspberry-pink, so no two flowers on the plant look quite the same. The scent is spicy, with a cinnamon note. It flowers from late spring until frost. The plant is compact and rounded, about 60–90 cm tall and up to 90 cm wide, with dark green foliage that resists black spot and powdery mildew well. It’s rated hardy to zone 4 and suits informal gardens, group plantings and borders.
