We are Windsor , Ontario based small business. At this time, we ship orders within Ontario and Quebec. Yes! We love our neighbors. Shipping is completely free for all orders within the Windsor-Essex region. This discount is automatically applied at checkout based on your postal code.
For the rest of Ontario and Quebec:
• Standard shipping is 25$.
• Express shipping is 35$.
Shipping is currently available within Ontario and Quebec only. If you are located in another province, please contact us at INFO@TheBloomLibrary.ca (mailto:INFO@TheBloomLibrary.ca)prior to ordering to inquire about special shipping arrangements.
Once your roses leave our care, they are in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage during transit, or packages stolen after delivery. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting the carrier directly for any transit issues.
Please double-check your details! We cannot refund or replace orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
You can cancel your order for a refund (minus a 10% admin fee) until January 31st. After this date, our orders with Canadian suppliers are locked in and cannot be cancelled or changed.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees and the administrative time required to manage our inventory with our suppliers.
Once a rose has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, as the stress of a return journey is usually fatal for the plant.
We are here for you! For personalized support, please email info@thebloomlibrary.ca with your order number and clear photos of the plant, the label, and where it is planted. We typically respond with expert guidance within 2 business days.
We will provide a 100% refund or store credit (your choice) if:
• Our suppliers experience a low inventory and cannot provide your variety.
• We accidentally ship your order to the wrong address.
