Princesse Charlene de Monaco is a hybrid tea from Meilland in France, dedicated to Princess Charlene, wife of Prince Albert II of Monaco. The princely couple chose it at the Monaco rose trials in 2014. The blooms are large, about 10–12 cm across, fully double and cupped, with ruffled petals in soft shell pink with warm apricot highlights. Its fragrance is its standout feature: rich and sweet with fresh fruit notes. It was named the most fragrant rose of the 2017 Australian National Rose Trials. Flowers come one to a strong stem, so they're excellent for cutting, and it repeats from late spring into fall. The plant is upright and bushy, about 1.2–1.6 m tall, with dark green foliage and good disease resistance.
A strongly scented shell-pink and apricot hybrid tea dedicated to Monaco's princess.
