Our Anniversary is a floribunda bred in Canada by Brad Jalbert and introduced by Select Roses in 2015. It's one of his most widely praised roses and is sold in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand as As Good As It Gets. The blooms are a velvety deep red with plum tones, sometimes edged in plum, and they deepen in the evening and age toward plum-purple as they mature. They have a high-centred form, about 10 cm across, and come in small clusters, repeating freely all season. The scent is sweet and lemony with a hint of tea. The plant stays compact, bushy and dense at about 60–90 cm. Its thick, very glossy, holly-like foliage is typical of Jalbert's roses and highly resistant to black spot and mildew. It also handles heat and dry spells, which makes it a good fit for borders, low hedges and containers.
