Catherine Hershey is a floribunda bred in Canada by Brad Jalbert and first sold here as Peach Perfection. In 2023 it was renamed for Catherine "Kitty" Hershey, wife of Milton Hershey, and chosen for Hershey Gardens in Pennsylvania. The blooms are large and very double, soft peach with an English-garden look, and they deepen to a richer shade in cooler weather. They carry a spicy citrus scent and repeat in waves from spring through fall. The plant is compact and upright-spreading at about 60–90 cm, so it fits the front of a border, a cottage garden or a large container.
